Forwarding order

  – Shipping in Germany is free –

We have to calculate the costs for every single order that goes abroad. Costs depend on size, weight and country.
1. Product choice
    Choose your product(s) and put them into your shopping cart.

2. Send your order

3. Order check
    We check your order if all products fit into your car and if they are available. If necessary we might contact you for further questions.

4. Forwarding order confirmation and invoice via email
    If the product(s) is/are not in stock we will inform you concerning the delivery time by email.

5. Payment 
    Payment in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.
    If you wish to pay by PayPal please inform us using the comments field in the order process.

6. Delivery
     As soon as your payment arrives we will deliver the goods to the delivery address.
    We ship by post, DHL or forwarding agency (depending on size and weight).

Notice for deliveries to  third countries (e.g. Switzerland):
For deliveries to third countries we generate a net invoice (without German tax). We only charge the shipping costs to the stated delivery address.
In a separate invoice the customs charges the VAT of the corresponding country, the customs fees, import and export fees and a processing fee.

4. Pick-up / installation
     Visit us at VanEssas´ in Großhöhenrain (see route description).
     At our site you can pick up the products or we make the first installation of the products in your van (free of charge)
     Notice: When you are here it is still possible to change your order. We always try to find the best solution for your very own car and situation.
                  Our team always intends to attend on every customer as good and as soon as possible. 
                  We ask for your understanding that in case of appointment deviations or spontaneous visits waiting times may occur
                  (especially within the main season).

5. Payment via cash card or cash

Notice for Swiss pick-ups:
We create a gross invoice (including the German VAT).
For private customers it is not possible to get a German tax refund as the products count as automotive accessories (exception business customers).
